February 17 Ban Thai ComplexOver the last 4 months or so we have been working on a 14 villa complex in Ban Thai, painting the exterior of all villas and most free standing structures with 2 or 3 coats of magnolia and staining all external wood, windows and doors, dark oak; renovating & replacing several roofs , one from thatch to tile, rendering roof ridges, replacing tiles, repairing and replacing guttering and downpipes, generally making them all waterproof. We also carried out a myriad other repairs e.g fixing broken locks and replacing better quality door handles, fixing a leaking fish pond, which is now waterproof, that had been repaired many times in the past, ... March 21 Residential Property, Bang RakOne of the first large jobs undertaken by CPM was the exterior refinishing of a large residential property in the Bang Rak area. All walls and the surrounding area to the Jacuzzi were painted white – an area of over 200 square metres. Two coats were applied, requiring a total of 60 litres of paint to be used. The work was completed over the course of 4 days. |
