Over the last 4 months or so we have been working on a 14 villa complex in Ban Thai, painting the exterior of all villas and most free standing structures with 2 or 3 coats of magnolia and staining all external wood, windows and doors, dark oak; renovating & replacing several roofs , one from thatch to tile, rendering roof ridges, replacing tiles, repairing and replacing guttering and downpipes, generally making them all waterproof.
